At Russell's Western Wear, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your boots and apparel. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping container.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
